With over 70 beaches, dozens of restaurants to choose from, glorious scenery and many other activities Huntington Beach is a wonderful vacation spot. Cuisine includes Mexican, Japanese, Italian, American and others. Meet all your shopping needs at any of the three shopping centers. Witness or participate in the intense surfing, both for fun and competition. Other activities locals frequently engage in are: volleyball, paintball, BMX sports and long distance races. The famed Huntington Beach Pier is a must-see, complete with a restaurant at the end of it, right on the water. Enjoy the diverse selection of bars and restaurants. Film lovers might be interested to know that the SoCal Independent Film Festival is held in September every year.

Get in touch with the community during Surf City Nights, with a local Farmerís Market and displays with local businesses and artists. Relax in the Central Park, which is a maintained natural habitat for indigenous plants and animals. The park also includes Huntington Central Park Equestrian Center where horses can be rented out for a guided tour. Take a long vacation to Huntington Beach; with so much to do with so little time, it might go by all too quickly.
