Colonial KOA is located within minutes from Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Water Country USA. They offer many amenities to make your stay fun. Bath Houses located throughout the park are kept clean. There is a large laundry room beside the game room and swimming pool. The swimming pool is heated and has a kiddie pool next to it for the little ones to splash and play. The game room has many video games for the older kids to have fun. There is also a pool table, air hockey, and foosball. The store is open and has fresh coffee in the morning. There are several souvenirs, shirts, and items you may have forgotten available. You can also purchase tickets to the local attractions so you don't have to wait in the long lines when you get there.

Throughout the park you will find places for your group to have fun. There are open spaces where you can throw the football, play a friendly game of baseball, toss the frisbee, whatever your family enjoys. There are basketball hoops, horseshoe pits, and children's play areas. There are activities held daily during the season that everyone is welcome to join in. These include bingo in the Pavilion, friendly football and other sports, and arts and crafts projects.

There are many camping opportunities here. If you like to 'rough it' in a tent under the stars, there are lots of tent sites either with electric and water or without. RV spaces are abundant for both 30 amp and 50 amp with full hook-ups. Some of these include cable TV hook-up too. There are also some sites available with only water and electric for your RV. You can also choose to stay in one of the cabins. These are set back in woodsy areas where you can enjoy being in the great outdoors. Whichever way you like to camp, your stay here will be fun and memorable.
