Folly Beach is a small beach town. It is considered Charleston's first beach. The town looks like a nice quiet place. There are some small shops along the main road into town, and there is a resort on the beach, but mostly it is just some nice beach housing with lots of them as vacation rentals. The island is a small one with beach running the entire length of it. KAT'S VIEW Folly Beach is a nice town. There were several shops and restaurants surrounding houses and a hotel. I liked Folly Beach. It would be a nice place to live. Just walk down to the beach and have a good time. You have the beach, pier, and the lighthouse. It's a very cool place. |
