Brigham City, named after the Mormon pioneer and prophet Brigham Young, is located on I-15 in Northern Utah. Brigham City is surrounded by great outdoor recreational opportunities. With mountains to the east and the Great Salt lake to the west, you'll find a wide variety of things to do. Bird and big game hunting is a popular activity in the area as is boating and sailing, hiking, mountain biking and fishing. Several world class ski resorts are in the area and give visitors a chance to glide through the wonderful powder that Utah is famous for. History buffs will want to visit the nearby Golden Spike National Historic Site- the spot where the trans-continental railroad was completed. |
