Bremerton is the largest city on the Kitsap Peninsula and home to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. Just a short ferry ride from Seattle, downtown Bremerton is full of well manicured parks, galleries, quaint shops and restaurants. The town also houses the Kitsap Historical Museum. You can also enjoy the active visual and performing arts community, a walk along a waterfront promenade and tour the Navy destroyer USS Turner Joy. |
