Location of Badlands Petrified Gardens Badlands Petrified Gardens The Badlands' foremost geological attraction since 1956, this is an absolute must for the complete Badlands experience. This unique outdoor park includes the largest petrified trees and logs ever found in the Badlands area. The indoor museum features prehistoric Badlands fossils, the area's largest fluorescent mineral exhibit, agates and crystals. The gardens are open from mid-April to November 1. |
