Location of Meeting Hall Hale Farm and Village Welcome to the First Baptist Church of Wheatfield. This Baptist Meetinghouse from Streetsboro, Ohio was built in 1852 in the Greek Revival style. Slated for demolition in 1969, it was acquired by Hale Farm in 1970. Today you may meet Elder Maxwell as he prepares his weekly sermon. The Meetinghouse is often the site of Wheatfield town meetings and has been a busy place since the outbreak of the War. Ask the Elder about his family and their involvement in the War effort. |
