Location of Magnolia Plantation Petting Zoo Magnolia Plantation and Gardens The Petting Zoo will sure to be a favorite of the kids (and of the kids at heart). The deer like a little rub between the ears. The geese will follow you around like a puppy dog. There are also goats, turkeys, peacocks, and chickens. Next to the petting zoo is the pasture where there is a herd of miniature horses. The peacocks, geese, ducks, and some of the other birds wander freely around the property. KAT'S VIEW The Magnolia Plantation Petting Zoo was really cool. They had really friendly deer. They had goats who acted as lazy as cats! Plus roosters, turkeys, and hens running around. It might not be a good idea to pet the turkey though. In the picnic area nearby the geese were just waiting for people to share their lunch with them. They were very friendly and liked to follow you around. |
