Unique exhibits will capture your imagination and bring back childhood memories. Learn about architecture, interior design, lifestyles, art, fashion, history and folklore. Special exhibits change periodically. The collection encompasses more than 10,000 items dating from 1680 through today.
Birthday parties, educational workshops, and scout activities are available. The museum is located in the historic 1899 Pearce-McAllister Cottage, a property of the Colorado Historical Society. There is also a unique gift shop, with new additions of 1/2 scale furniture, Gund plush toys, original cloth dolls with hand-painted faces by local award-winning doll artisan and items by local miniature artisans.
