Location of the Space Murals Museum The Space Murals Museum Space Murals, Inc. has become known as "The People's Museum," due to the fact, most of the inside displays were put on display by, or on loan from, people who have an interest in the Space Program. New artifacts are arriving almost daily. Visitors from the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia have left some interesting and encouraging remarks in the visitor's book. The facility consists of a 1,200,000 gallon water tank, with murals circling the tank. This tank depicts the progress of the U.S. Space Program from the beginning to the fatal accident of the Challenger. |
