This living history museum will take you through four unique farms to create an understanding of the people who settled America. These were not the wealthy plantation owners but the small farmers who made up rural America. You will learn about how the farms were run in Germany, Northern Ireland, and England before settlers came here to America and began farming here. You can take part in many of the activities that are going on. Lend a hand in the daily chores that had to be done. The costumed interpreters will gladly answer any questions you may have. Click below to see the four different farms.
