Outside of it was a place where they were making boats. You could help making one of them by banging a mallet against a metal piece in the wood to spilt it. The mallet was heavy! This is called riveing. Inside the fort there were several things like and armory, a church, a blacksmith, a place where they made soap, and all the good stuff. There was even a chicken coop with living chickens in it. |
