Location of Two Buttes War Marker

This Historical Marker, located just South of Union Gap, Washington. On Highway 97, was built in 1855 to commemorate the only Indian who was killed in the Battle of Two Buttes. You can visit this marker by taking highway 97 south towards Wapato and Toppenish. The marker is located just after the on-ramp at Union Gap on the right hand side of the road.
