Location of Palouse Falls State Park Palouse Falls State Park Palouse Falls State Park is located in Franklin County, Washington, just six miles north of Lyons Ferry. Park facilities include picnic sites, primitive campsites and hiking trails. You can view the spectacular falls with a short hike.
