Location of Folly Beach County Park Folly Beach County Park Folly Beach County Park is on the west end of Folly Island. There is over 2500 feet of ocean frontage and 2000 feet of river frontage to enjoy. Seasonally, there are lifeguards on duty along a 600 foot beachfront designated swimming area. Swimming outside this designated area is dangerous and highly discouraged. There are lots of wide expanses of beach to enjoy here. Children will enjoy find different sea life. There is lots of room here for everyone to enjoy. Park amenities include dressing areas, outdoor showers, restrooms, vending machines, and a picnic area. Seasonally you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas. |
