Location of Reedy River Reedy River This is a beautiful park in downtown Greenville. A tribute to the Reedy River and all it meant to the history and development of Greenville, it has a great view of the falls. Walk along the suspended walk bridge for a great view. This is a unique curves bridge suspended by cables. You can feel it sway slightly as you walk across. The grounds of the park are landscaped with lots of flowers and plant life. The garden areas and lawns are all well kept. There is plenty of room to spread out a blanket and enjoy a nice sunny day or to bring your picnic basket for a nice lunch. The paths are nice and wide to enjoy a leisurely lunch or go jogging. The park stretches along the river giving plenty of room for all to enjoy. |
