Location of Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI) Museum of Science & Industry MOSI, short for museum of Science and Industry, is the largest Science Center in the South, and is home to over 450 educational exhibits and interactive activities. Some of the larger exhibits at the center include the Bioworks Butterfly Garden, the Saunders Planetarium, the Verizon Challenger Learning Center, and the Gulf Coast Hurricane Center. You will also find a high wire bicycle, a Flight Avionics Flight Simulator, back woods nature trails and boardwalk and many other "minds-on" experiences. MOSI also houses Florida's only Imax done theatre and a science store that sells books, models, T-shirts, telescopes and lots of science-related toys and gifts. |
