Location of Tautphaus Park Zoo Tautphaus Park Zoo Located on 7 acres in the heart of Tautphaus Park, the zoo is home to over 330 animals including tigers, zebras, penguins, and lemurs. Pet a goat or feed a lamb in our Children’s Zoo, meet a porcupine in our Animal Encounters show, or just relax on a bench surrounded by the birds of South America. Tautphaus Park Zoo is accredited by the American Zoo and Aquarium Association (AZA) and participates in the captive breeding management of 8 endangered species through the Species Survival Plan (SSP). Animal Encounters Show: Every day from Memorial Day to Labor Day at 1:30 p.m., plus additional shows on the weekends. Hours |
