Blackfoot, located a half an hour north of Pocatello, is home to the Eastern Idaho State Fair and the Idaho Potato Expo. As a farming community, Blackfoot's biggest industry is potatoes. In fact, Blackfoot is the world's largest potato producing community, accounting for one third of the Nation's potatoes. |
