Boise, the City of Trees, is Idaho's capital and largest city. Boise is an excellent place to visit, with an abundance of great restaurants, beautiful scenery and a wide variety of recreation that includes skiing, fishing, golf, ballet, opera and live theater. One of Boise's most distinctive landmarks is the Historic Boise Train Depot, built in 1925. The Idaho Statehouse is also a worthwhile destination. |
