Idaho Falls, located at the junction between Interstate 15 and U.S. Highways 20 and 26, is the center of Eastern Idaho. Featuring 39 city parks, a Vietnam Memorial and many great restaurants and accommodations, there is plenty to see and do in Idaho Falls. Many great day trips can be taken from the town as well. Most notably, Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks are not very far away. Yellowstone Bear World, a few miles north of town, is a great place to view the wildlife of the area. If it's fishing that you're after, the world famous flyfishing on the Henry's Fork of the Snake River awaits you. |
