Mountain Home is a smaller town along I-84 less than one hour's drive east of Boise. Recreational opportunities surround the town, with the Snake River just minutes to the south and Boise and Twin Falls not far away. Other points of interest in the area include Bruneau Dunes, the scenic Deep Canyon, world famous Balanced Rock, Three Island Crossing, the 212 foot Shoshone Falls and the Shoshone Ice Caves. |
