Welcome to the Wheatfield District School. Built in 1816, this log house was moved to Hale Farm from Summitville, Ohio in 1963. Today, meet Mrs. Hathaway, the teacher who may put you to work on a geography lesson of have you practice your arithmetic. You may also learn about the "Wheatfield School Guard". Mrs. Townsend's brother answered President Lincoln's call for troops in April - is he alright?
