Location of Hall of Presidents Hall of Presidents The Hall of Presidents features life size wax figures of every President of the United States. When you enter the hall, the story of America begins with the voice of George Washington. Learn the history of our country through each presidency. Arranged in chronological order, each President will tell you about the events that happened during his time in office. Proceed from here to the Eisenhower Walk. As you go down this hallway you will learn about the life of the Eisenhower family and their time living here in Gettysburg. There are many photos from some of America's most outstanding news photographers displayed here. Lastly, you will enter the Hall of First Ladies. There wax figures are a "petite" version of each First Lady wearing the gown she wore at the Inaugural Ceremonies. Their hairstyles have also been recreated from the day of their husband's inauguration. KAT'S VIEW In the Hall of Presidents, there were models of the Presidents. I thought it was cool. There was a little audio that gives information on each President. There were a few rooms that they were in which was according to the number each President was. |
