The Bellefonte/State College KOA Kampground is a great place to stay for a one night layover or a week long vacation. Great for a weekend camping trip, there are lots of activities to keep the whole family entertained.

There are a number of site choices for you to choose from. There are tent sites with water and electric and some without for primitive camping. RV sites include water and electric only sites, full hook-up sites, and 50 amp full hook-up sites. There are also Kamping Kabins and Lodges.

There are many amenities for entertainment and necessity. There are hot showers and restrooms, a laundry room, LP gas, and a camp store with camping needs and souvenirs. Just for fun there is a heated pool, two children's playgrounds, and a sports area with basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, and badminton. The Rec Room has pool, ping pong, and a variety of arcade games. The catch and release fishing pond is stocked with a variety of fish (live bait is available at the camp store). The Pavilion kitchen is open for campground events like Pizza and Sandwich Night, Hot Dog Lunches, Ice Cream Socials, and Pancake Breakfasts. Check out the activity schedule to see what times they will be open during your stay.

Several activities are planned and you will receive a schedule when you check in. There are hay rides offered most nights. Catch a movie in the TV lounge. Play some bingo for cash prizes. Kids enjoy the 'treasure hunts' in the sandbox (it was 'Pan for Gold' on our visit) and there are arts and crafts projects kids and adults can both enjoy.
