Ingredients: 1/3 cup flour Directions: Mix flour and paprika; pound into veal. Sauté in shortening in skillet. Place in casserole. Add onions, 1-½ cans soup and 1-½ soup cans water; mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Dumplings Ingredients: 2 cup flour Directions: Sift dry ingredients, except bread crumbs; add seasonings. Blend oil and milk; lightly stir into dry ingredients. Combine butter and crumbs; drop dumplings into crumb mixture. Drop dumplings on top of casserole. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Heat remaining soup and sour cream; serve with casserole. |
