Ingredients:
Half pound salt pork (ground)
2 pounds green peppers (chopped small)
2 pounds onions (chopped small)
1 package celery (chopped small)
Directions:
Sauté these ingredients until onions are clear. Add:
2 pounds ground beef
Continue to cook until pink is gone from meat. Add:
1 small can tomato paste
1 pound can crushed tomatoes
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
Simmer for 1 hour. Add:
1-1/2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
Simmer until ready to eat. Best if served on hot dog buns.
