Ingredients:

1-1/2 pound London broil, or flank steak
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons oil
salt
3 cloves minced garlic
1 head broccoli, broken into stalks and sliced
1/3 cup stock (beef or chicken)

Glaze:

1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sherry
1/2 teaspoon sugar
sesame oil
3 slices ginger
2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Directions:

Marinate meat in the corn starch, soy sauce and baking soda for 3 hours Heat oil, add salt, garlic, ginger, and meat. Stir fry until done. Cook until tender. Add meat, stir. Add glaze, stir. Let flavors blend for about 2 Remove from pan. Bring broccoli to boil with stock in pan. Cover and reduce heat, minutes, remove and serve
