4 pounds ground beef
1/4 pound ground pork
3 eggs, well beaten
4 tablespoons cream
8 crackers rolled fine
3/4 cup milk
butter size of egg, melt over hot water
onion seasoning
celery salt or 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning


Blend all ingredients. Roll in beaten egg and cracker crumbs, baste with hot water in which little water has been dissolved. will make 2 loaves. Serve with tomato sauce. Bake in 375 degree F. oven about 1 hour for one loaf of recipe.

Makes 6 to 8 servings
