Ingredients:
½ pound beef sirloin or flank steak
3 tablespoons Szechuan Stir Fry Sauce
1½ tablespoons wok oil
1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into julienne strips
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into julienne strips
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into julienne strips
1 onion, thinly sliced
Directions:
Slice beef across grain into thin slanting slices. Combine beef and 1 tablespoon stir fry sauce in bowl; stir to coat. Set
aside. Place wok or large skillet over high heat until hot. Add wok oil, swirling to coat sides of pan. Add beef; stir fry 2
minutes or until barely pink. Remove beef from wok and set aside. Add bell peppers and onion. Toss and cook 5 minutes or until
vegetables are crisp-tender. Return beef to wok. Stir in remaining 2 tablespoons stir fry sauce and cook 30 seconds or until
heated through.
