Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef Directions: Make above ingredients into 5 or 6 balls. Cut off leaves from a large cabbage and place them in a pan of boiling water until limp about 5 or 10 minutes. Place meat balls in leaves and roll up. Place in a pan and top with a can of whole tomatoes. Cover and bake 1 to 1 ½ hours. To make gravy, thicken sauce with flour and sour cream. You may also add: Potatoes, green beans or carrots. If you would like you can even place sour kraut on top of the rolls. |
