Ingredients:

2 pounds round steak
2 cups cooked spaghetti or 1 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup bacon fat
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 can tomatoes
1/2 can corn
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cooked kidney beans

Directions:

Trim meat, cut in pieces, roll in flour. Heat fat in frying pan, add onions and meat, cook until brown. Add tomatoes, corn mixture, cook until meat is tender. Serve in center of ring mold of hot rice or spaghetti.
