Ingredients:

brisket piece of corned beef
cabbage
salt
pepper
prepared mustard
celery salt
onion seasoning

Directions:

Trim brisket, cook in plenty of water, bring to boiling point. Skim, let boil slowly until tender. Wrap sections of cabbage in white cheesecloth, cook until tender in meat liquor. Serve with mustard, boiled potatoes and green salad.
