Ingredients:

1 12-ounce can corned beef
1 tablespoon minced onion
4 small stalks celery, cut in pieces
1 cup soup stalk or water
5 cooked potatoes, cube
1 tablespoon green pepper, cube
salt
pepper to taste
mustard

Directions:

Heat and grease 12 individual muffin rings with bacon drippings. Fill with mixture well blended. Cover with buttered crumbs, bake in moderate oven 30 minutes. Serve with Cole slaw and hot muffins.
