2 cups diced cooked potatoes
1 1/2 cups chopped corned beef
1/3 cup cream
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 eggs
(1 small onion chopped fine if desired)


Blend potatoes, beef and onion. Add cream and 1/2 butter. Add salt and pepper. Blend mixture and place in buttered baking dish. Make 6 inserts in top. Bake 20 minutes in 400 degree F. oven. Reduce heat to 350 degree F., add the eggs and cover with teaspoon of cream and dot with butter. Bake until egg is cooked. Add dash paprika.
