1 7-bone roast (3 to 4 pounds)
1 onion, minced
1 tablespoon margarine
1- cup catsup
cup chili sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


Wrap roast in foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours or until well done. Cool roast and cut meat from bones in strips. Cook onion in margarine in saucepan until transparent. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Add beef to sauce. Serve on buns.

Sauce will keep indefinitely in refrigerator.
