Ingredients:

1 package refrigerator biscuits
1 pound ground beef
2 teaspoons minced onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cup catsup
Ľ cup chopped green pepper
˝ teaspoon each chili powder and salt
dash of pepper
3 slices cheese, halved diagonally

Directions:

Press biscuits into bottom of pie plate. Bake using package directions. Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Combine remaining ingredients except cheese in bowl, mixing well. Add browned ground beef, stirring to mix. Spoon into baked shell.

Arrange cheese over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
