In skillet, cook sausage and onion till meat is browned; drain. Add tomato sauce, apple juice, garlic salt, oregano, and pepper. Heat and stir to boiling. Add steaks to skillet. Cover; simmer 10 minutes. Remove meat; keep warm. Mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cold water; stir into skillet. Cook and stir till bubbly. Serve meat with sauce over noodles. Top with Parmesan cheese.
