2 cups cooked liver
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt


Chop the liver fine. Soften the bread crumbs in milk and add remaining ingredients. Blend the entire mixture and fill buttered timbale molds or custard cups. Set in pan with hot water and bake in a moderate oven about 25 minutes.
