Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef Directions: Add crumbs to milk and seasonings and allow to stand until the milk is
absorbed. Beat to a smooth pulp, then combine with eggs and meat and mix
only until blended. Pack lightly into a pan and bake in a 350-degree F.
oven about 1 hour. Makes 4 to 6 servings Variations:
1/2 pound ground pork
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon onion seasoning
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
dash red pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
