1-1/2 pounds ground round (or ground beef)
1 medium onion diced
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes with chili's, drained.


Mix all ingredients except for 1/2 of the tomato sauce and form into a loaf pan. Top with the remaining tomato sauce. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done. As soon as the loaf is removed from the oven, drain off any excess grease from the loaf pan to keep it from reabsorbing into the loaf.
