1- pounds ground beef
cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
teaspoon salt
teaspoon oregano
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
1- cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms


Combine first 6 ingredients with cup tomato sauce in bowl, mixing well. Pat meat mixture into 9x13 rectangle on waxed paper. Sprinkle with cheese and mushrooms. Roll, as for jelly roll, sealing edge and ends. Place seam side down in 8x12 baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour off drippings.

Spoon remaining tomato sauce over loaf. Bake for 30 minutes longer.
