3 pounds beef brisket, cubed
4 potatoes, peeled, diced
1 cup diced celery
8 small white onions
3 tomatoes, quartered
4 tablespoons chopped parsley
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons paprika
4 bay leaves
12 whole peppercorns
2 cans consommé


Combine all ingredients with 2-˝ consommé cans water in deep casserole. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 2-˝ hours.
