Ingredients:

2 cups finely ground beef
2 cups fresh bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup cream
1 onion, cut in pieces and cooked in little butter
salt
pepper

Directions:

Blend all ingredients and form into four individual portions. Fry on both sides to a brown, about 10 to 20 minutes. Serve hot on a hot platter.
