Ingredients:

1 pound stew meat
flour
salt and pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
oregano to taste
2 medium potatoes, chopped
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can peas and carrots
1 onion, chopped
¼ head cabbage, shredded
biscuit dough for 8 biscuits

Directions:

Coat stew meat in flour and seasonings. Sauté meat in skillet until brown. Combine meat and vegetables in casserole. Add enough water to cover. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1-½ hours or until tender. Uncover. Drop 8 biscuits on top of stew. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
