Ingredients:

4 cubed steaks
2 tablespoons flour
dash of pepper
teaspoon salt
1 cup soft bread crumbs
teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon minced onion
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1/3 cup rice, cooked
2- cup canned tomatoes
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:

Coat steaks with flour seasoned with pepper and teaspoon salt. Combine next 4 ingredients with 2 tablespoons water, in bowl; mix well. Spread each steak with of bread crumb mixture. Fold over; fasten with toothpick. Place in greased shallow baking dish; arrange rice around steak. Add tomatoes and remaining salt; dot with butter.
