1 pound ground lean Bison
In medium bowl combine all ingredients. Mix until well blended. Form into 24 meatballs about the size of a large walnut. Spray a jelly roll pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place meatballs on pan. Roast in preheated 400ºF. oven for 10 minutes. Serve with dipping sauce.
Preparation time: 20 minutes. Cooking time: 10 minutes
Dipping Sauce Ingredients:
(makes about 1 cup)
In small bowl combine all ingredients. Stir to blend and serve.
