1 cup corn meal
1 cup sifted rye flour
1/2 tablespoon soda
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup graham flour
3/4 cup of molasses
1 3/4 cups milk
4 teaspoons baking powder


Sift dry ingredients together, stir in molasses and milk. Blend well. Fill well-greased molds 2/3 full, place greased covers on mold ad steam dry. Remove cover, bake 15 minutes in 350 degrees F. oven to dry.

Will make 3 loaves
