Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup whole wheat flour
1 package dry yeast
½ cup oil
½ cup sugar
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 cup flour
Directions:
Combine whole wheat flour and yeast in saucepan. Add ½ cup water and next 4 ingredients. Warm slightly over low
heat, mixing well. Beat in eggs. Add flour, mixing well. Batter will be lumpy. Grease 2 one pound coffee cans,
placing half of batter in each. Let rise, covered, with plastic lids in warm place to 1-inch from top of can.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
