Ingredients:
1 cup corn meal
1 cup sifted flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
2/3 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
Mix flour, corn meal, salt, baking powder; add milk, beaten eggs, butter. Use
well- greased gem pans and bake in hot oven, 425 degrees F., for 20 minutes.
